Empty Trailer and trailer drop-off handling

I had an idea for an implementation for Pallet Connect. We would like to have the ability to put service requests in the drivers schedules for the following scenarios Dispatch an empty trailer fo a new site for dropped trailer services. Dispatch an empty trailer to be dropped at a current customer/vendor site for a temporary dropped pickup. Retrieve a trailer from any site without an order associated (ex. Empty trailer at customer or processing facility) Ideally these things would go into pending and scheduling for drivers to help onboard any new customers/vendors and keep track of history of service requests. Let me know your thoughts.
