More information/instructions for Quality Control

When changing the quantity of an order, due to quality check, need more detail on the page. For example when entering qty - does not specify if this is referring to the qty checked or qty approved. Also the changes need to be more visible on the transaction, to show the previous qty and if a change has been made and if backorder has been created.
